ELL and Heritage Spanish teachers awarded Cool Grant!

We are excited to share the great news that Friends of Oregon School District (FOSD) and the COOL Grant Committee have awarded Ashley Painter and Kristina Springer a COOL Grant for $2,650.00 to purchase Multi-modal language kits for ESL students who are part of the Heritage program at FES. The grant committee felt that Ashley and Kristina’s proposal stood out for its uniqueness and for the high level of impact these kits and the mini-field trips would have on students and families in this program.
