OHS Instructional Coaching
Maximizing the power of Collective Efficacy
As Instructional Coaches, we utilize research-based coaching models designed to foster collaboration among educators and to provide differentiated support for educators. Instructional Coaches work to increase student achievement by partnering with educators to improve their practice through school-wide professional learning, teacher team development, and individual student-centered coaching cycles.
