2021-2022 Free Meal Program

  • All students (age 18 & under) will continue to receive FREE meals during the 2021-2022 School Year through the USDA Summer Seamless Option Program. 

    Under the program guidelines, we are able to offer one full breakfast and one full lunch each day FREE of charge to ANY student. 

    • Meals are free as long as it is a complete meal (3 of the 5 main components - protein, grain, fruit, vegetable, milk). 
    • Additional items, such as milk (separate from the meal) and a la carte will be charged to your student's meal account.

    Meals will be prepared and delivered by trained OSD School Nutrition Staff. All information provided will be confidential.

Meal Options 2021-2022 School Year

  • K-6 Students:

    • Breakfast will be offered before school in the cafeterias. 
    • Lunch will be offered during the school day in the cafeteria. 
    • Students may choose either a complete meal (Free of charge) or a carton of milk ($0.40)
    • A complete meal consists of 3 of the 5 - protein, grain, fruit, vegetable and milk with one choice a 1/2 cup fruit or vegetable

    7-12 Students:

    • Breakfast will be offered before school in the cafeterias. 
    • Lunch will be offered during the school day in the cafeteria. 
    • Students are encouraged to choose a complete meal (Free of charge)
    • A complete meal consists of 3 of the 5 - protein, grain, fruit, vegetable and milk with one choice a 1/2 cup fruit or vegetable. If a student only take one or two options, they will be charged a la carte pricing. 
    • Some a la carte options will be available for an additional fee. Examples: extra entree, string cheese, carton of milk, crackers, etc.
