What We Offer

- A positive work environment with amazing students.
- A healthy work environment where we are taking all safety measures recommended by Public Health.
- A flexible work schedule where you choose when and where you want to work.
- Competitive compensation system where designated Building Subs make $25/hour and work 4-5 days a week depending on your schedule.
- Regular subs make $20 per hour.
- Substitutes who work 10 days and are eligible for DPI license reimbursement (initial application or if renewal is due).
- Bus and lunch supervisors make $15 per hour.

The Oregon School District serves approximately 4000 amazing students in grades 4K-12. Located ten miles south of Madison, we enjoy all the amenities of a metropolitan area with a small town feel.
